In October, November and Dicember the family is employed in the harvest of olives. The oil of olives is used during the cooking.

The month of December is dedicated to the slaughter of the pig whose meat are prepared sausages proposed at any time during the year.

All year is proposed seasonal fruit: oranges, tangerines, plums, cherries, figs, pomegranate, jujube, persimmon ...
The breeding company is based mainly on goats of Cilento and farmyard animals such as chickens, hens and rabbits.
All the production is used daily to delight the palates of guests. In addition, we also prepare jams and vegetables into the oil.
